Reiki Energy Healing
Through training in Reiki the practitioner becomes attuned to the Universal Life Force energy which exists around, through & within all things. In turn the practitioner, in working with the client, utilizes the placement of hands on or above the client’s body to transmit the Life Force energy and facilitate healing on many levels – physical, emotional, mental & spiritual. Individual sessions are relaxing & rejuvenating and generally 1 hr in length. Distance Reiki healings are also available for those unable to meet in person and are generally 45 mins in length. These techniques, founded by Gary Craig, were originally designed to assist individuals with releasing strong emotional blocks and were found to have great benefit for physical problems as well. These techniques combine tapping on acupressure points & utilizing the power of affirmation to correct disruptions in a client’s energy systems. This wonderful method is fast to learn & effective on a wide range of blocks such as phobias, addictions, anxiety, depression, illness and chronic pain. It can also be utilized to improve personal performance in any area of life. My unique approach to EFT teaches a 3 step "Clear it, Claim it, Create it" process that will help you to create affirmations that work faster and more effectively! Sessions are generally 1 hr. in length for office visits and 45 mins in length for phone or video conference sessions.
