Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
These techniques, founded by Gary Craig, were originally designed to assist individuals with releasing strong emotional blocks and were found to have great benefit for physical problems as well. These techniques combine tapping on acupressure points & utilizing the power of affirmation to correct disruptions in a client’s energy systems. This wonderful method is fast to learn & effective on a wide range of blocks such as phobias, addictions, anxiety, depression, illness and chronic pain. It can also be utilized to improve personal performance in any area of life.
My unique approach to EFT teaches a 3 step "Clear, Create, Claim it" process that will help you to create affirmations that work faster and more effectively!
Sessions are generally 1 hr. in length. Phone & Skype sessions and EFT classes for groups are also available.
